To manage the smooth flow of all BI related financial transactions & ensure adherence to key process guidelines. Additionally, support the Finance & Marketing teams with the flow of information, analysis & insights around monthly & quarterly Brand Investments (BI) utilisation for the India Business.

Key Performance Indicators
1. Quantitative parameters
âº Ensuring a compliant A&P to Purchase Order process for all transactions. Measured by %age of A&Ps / POs created on time before the activity.
âº Ensuring monthly and YTD accruals with actual spends. Measured %age of reports shared timely.
âº Timely recording of GRNI entries based on adequate supporting documentation
âº Ensure correct accounting of brands investment with GL codes and brand split. Measured minimum deviation from the alignment.
âº Timely processing of BI vendor payments.
2. Qualitative parameters
âº Establish & maintain healthy relationship Key stakeholders- Finance, Brand teams.
âº Good working relationship with relevant stakeholders at the Agencies & Vendors
âº Level of organisation brought into the entire A&P to PO to Accruals process.
âº Innovation of ideas demonstrated in improving the current process across any of BI spends elements
Required Candidate profile
âº CA intermediate - Basic Financial process understanding
âº 3+ years overall experience in handling a similar role in other Organisation or Geography across BSI
âº Experience & understanding of key marketing activities - Agency fees, digital, Activations, Promotions Events, media, etc.
âº Financial process & accruals
âº Data analysis/ interpretation & usage
âº Verbal/written skills at all levels in an organization; ability to generate meaningful insights
âº Ability to drive & manage projects
âº Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity
